Support for disabilities

Our inclusive and accessible work environment is designed to help integrate people with disabilities. We are steadfast supporters of remote working, so any individuals with special needs can work partially or fully from the comfort of their home.

We partner with the Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) to provide free training, education, and mentoring programmes for autistic children.

HerTechPath

We partner with HerTechPath to deliver free interactive school workshops for high schools to showcase amazing women making an impact in the tech sector.

Talent Beyond Boundaries

We partner with Talent Beyond Boundaries to provide skilled refugees with work and sponsoring their visa to then enable them to move and settle to Australia.

STEPtember

We dollar match the efforts of our staff during STEPtember to help raise funds for people living with cerebral palsy and spread awareness about the disease.

Māori and Pasifika Training Scholarships

We partner with Unitec to provide free training and internship opportunities for those of Māori and/or Pasifika descent.

NxtStep

We partner with NxtStep to inspire and empower newer generations to kick-start their tech careers.
