Classroom Training Participants

Classroom Attendee Checklist

For classroom course attendees, there are two important steps that you follow upon booking:

  1. Please complete the Student Background Form. We require this at least 3 days prior to course commencement.
  2. Review the Terms & Conditions.

Course Venues & Locations

Our training team will be in touch over the coming weeks regarding your booking. This includes providing formal confirmation of your course venue.

Course Timing & Attire

We ask that all course attendees be dressed in at least smart casual attire through the duration of the course.

The Daily Course Agenda is as follows:

08:45am - Registration (Day 1 only)

09:00am - Course Commencement

10:30am - Morning Tea (15 mins)

10:45am - Course Continues

12:30pm - Lunch (45 mins)

01:15pm - Course Continues

03:00pm - Afternoon Tea (15 mins)

03:15pm - Course Continues

05:00pm - Course Concludes

Special Course Requirements

Our CMAP Certified Mobile App Testing, Certified Agile Tester, Certified Agile Essentials and ISTQB Foundation Agile Tester Extension classroom courses have special requirements that participants must address when attending the course. These requirements are outlined below.

  • LAPTOP REQUIREMENTS

    • USB port (USB 2.0 or greater)
    • Wi-Fi connection (IEEE 802.11n/g/b)
    • CD-ROM drive (optional)
    • Operating system: Windows (XP or higher) or Mac (OSX 10.4 or higher)
    • Suggested minimum 14 inch monitor size
    • Your USB port/Wi-Fi/CD-ROM drive must be unlocked, e.g. able to work outside of your work environment

  • TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    On the laptop you bring to the course, you must be able to:
    • Boot your laptop from a USB drive. Need to boot from USB for the exam.
    • Connect to a wireless networks. You will be connecting to a Planit training network during the course.
    • Perform your own trouble shooting in case any problems encountered with booting from USB drives, and wireless connectivity
