Planit Test Management Solutions (Planit), Australia’s leading specialist in Software Quality Assurance and Testing solutions has announced the arrival of the inaugural ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board) Practitioner’s Certificate in Australia and Asia Pacific region. ISEB Tester Certification program is the most recognised and sought after Tester qualification internationally, and was initially developed and designed by a panel of expert testers and industry specialists within the Board in 1999.
The certification program has firmly established a benchmark for the growing number of software testers. ISEB examinations are independent of any software package or vendor and are independently administered with the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

The Foundation level is the benchmark and definitive standard for testing professionals worldwide, and now for the first time, Australian testers will have the opportunity to embark on the second level of software testing certification.
The second level of certification, ISEB Practitioner, provides recognition and opportunity for Australian testers. It is designed for experienced testing practitioners and aims to demonstrate a depth of knowledge of testing topics and the ability to perform testing activities in practice.
